Jilievo con may temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• If fraud or deception is suspected.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Extended inactivity (12+ months).
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).

Members may close their account at any time. Any remaining balance should be withdrawn before the account is closed.

Jilievo con is not liable for the following:

• If a bet is cancelled or delayed due to internet connectivity issues.
• When third-party services (such as mobile banking) are temporarily unavailable.
• In cases of unauthorized account access (where the member's negligence is the cause).
• For losses resulting from technical errors.
